Yes, the special guest is included in all party packages.
We're happy to bring the party directly to you! We're flexible with our parking locations and can accommodate various settings, including apartments, duplexes, parks, schools, and more, provided that you've ensured there's adequate clearance for our 35-foot bus and have obtained permission from the property owner.
Whether it's your home or a venue of your choice, such as a pizzeria, restaurant, ice cream parlor, and more, we'll work with you to create a memorable experience wherever you are!

TRAVEL FEE: The first 20 miles from 43016 zip code are free. We charge a travel fee of $40 after the first 20 miles up to 30 miles for the Spa Bus. Glammer Team determines mileage fees based on the suggested routes of Google Maps.

A 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure your party date/time and this deposit will be applied to total cost of party. (No worries! Deposits can go towards a future party date)
An invoice with the remaining balance is due 5 days before your party and will be sent to your email.
All deposits are non-refundable.
We will allow them to be transferred to another day up to a year from the date of the canceled party.
To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrange for a parking space prior to our arrival onsite. Our bus is 35 feet long, so having a suitable spot ready helps us make sure everything goes smoothly. Depending on your chosen party package and the number of guests, our parties typically run between 1 ½ to 2 ½ hours in duration. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we allocate approximately 30 minutes for both setup and cleanup before and after each party.
Please note that our parties operate on a set schedule, so it's important that they start and end on time, weather permitting. Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate late arrivals, but latecomers are more than welcome to join in at the point where the party is at when they arrive. For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, the mobile bus remains stationary throughout the duration of the party. This policy is in place to ensure a secure environment for everyone to have a fantastic time.
To maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that no outside food or beverages be brought onto the bus.
We understand the importance of celebrating special moments, so parents are more than welcome to bring a cake and join in singing 'Happy Birthday' at the end of the party.

If there is an issue due to inclement weather conditions that affects roads, we will reschedule for a new date based on availability.
